This is a lovely three bedroom home but third bedroom is set up as a tv room with WALL BED and huge TV nice recliners for a great TV room. House also has an enclosed lanai. This is on a beautiful corner lot. Small dog friendly.

Large kitchen with eating area that opens up to enclosed lanai, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, pantry. Plenty of cabinet space and space for entertaining and cooking. Master has a king bed (locked owners closet) Guest room has a queen bed. Both rooms have TV's. TV in the living room as well with reclining sofas. Two very comfortable recliners in the third bedroom with a murphy bed along with a HUGE flat screen mounted to the wall. Great TV room.

Better than imagined!
The pictures didn't do this property justice. We loved it. There were a lot of little touches throughout the house that aren't often found with vacation rentals. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast--faster than I've ever experienced. There were plenty of extra dishes and more pots and pans than we could have ever needed. It was one of the best family gatherings we've ever had, thanks in large part to the many shared areas of this property. Thanks for helping us make great memories!

Where to begin... You'll want to read this
First, let me say that the house is nice, a little odd layout, but it's nice and nicely furnished. The lanai is right on the property line and when you raise the shades you're looking right into the neighbor's lanai. But here are the issues. Most importantly, it's not a three bedroom rental. As the rental agent told me after I complained, technically it is, because the room furnished as a den has a closet, making it a bedroom. But for a short term rental in my mind, 3 bedroom means 3 beds. This den/bedroom has a pullout couch, not a bed. As we were frustrated and pulling out the couch to get ready for sleep the first night, then the real issue showed up. The inflatable pullout mattress had two large blood stains, covering about two square feet. I'm guessing the blood had been there at least several months. We decided to turn the mattress up side down so our son didn't have to sleep on it. Then there's the issue of the return of the deposit, which was paid on the day the reservation was made via credit card. We checked out on December 27. When I checked my credit card account on January 3 and no refund had posted, I called. Oh, they mailed a check. When I asked why not issue a credit, the clerk complained about the swipe fees of 5%. But in my view the service fee, reservation fee and booking fee that adds up to more than 20% of the rental fee certainly supports a timely refund of the deposit. We finally received the check January 7. Not terrible, but not exactly snappy either. Bottom line, I would not rent this place or rent with this property management agency again.

Great Location
Very nice, comfortable house which was close to all we wanted to do. Also, pleased with what was provided in the home. I would definitely rent there again.
