House Nautic - just a few minutes walk from the beach

This small 2-room apartment in the house "Nautic" in Laboe is newly renovated. Up to 4 Baltic Sea vacationers can spend an eventful vacation in these newly designed rooms.

The apartment has a hallway, a bathroom, a separate bedroom and a combined open bright kitchen-living-dining-sleeping area. In addition to access to the balcony, the latter offers a comfortable double bed sofa, flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system for CD, Bluetooth and USB. The bedroom impresses with its double bed and with height-adjustable slatted frames and a second Flat screen TV. In the hallway is the cloakroom with shoe rack and bench as well as a very spacious closet for your holiday cloakroom. The 2 sinks in the bathroom make the necessary processes much easier in the morning and in the evening. There is also a private car park in front of the building.

Here you have all the prerequisites for an eventful Baltic holiday in close proximity to the beach and shopping!

Kleine Kritik
Dem zum Objekt zugedachter Stellplatz ist zu schmal, bzw ist er nicht mehr passend der PKW - Breiten. Ziemlich zum Schluss ist mir aufgefallen, das am Spülkasten Fließgeräusche wahrnehmbar waren, obwohl nichts zur Toilette geflossen ist, nur zur Anmerkung.
