Welcome to our enchanting rustic rental home, nestled in a serene location that harmoniously combines the charm of countryside living with easy access to fantastic beaches, tourist hotspots, and delightful cafés and restaurants in the nearby resort towns.
Casa Ivanovac beckons families, friends, and couples seeking a stress-relieving getaway. Boasting four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a patio, a deck area, and an outdoor fireplace.
Casa Ivanovac is in the quiet village of Breg Ivanovac. It is a semi-detached house on a small hill with a large plot. The Casa Ivanovac is split into two parts with different outdoor entrances. The outdoor area is completely private. It is conveniently located within a 3-minute drive of the grocery shop. The next town is Labin, a 7-minute drive from many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in the resort town of Rabac, a distant 15-minute drive with many beautiful pebble beaches, a long promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and boat excursions.
LIVING ROOMIn the second part of the house is an open-space area with a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen. Close to the living room is a guest toilet.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAIn the second part of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a dining table for eight people. A fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and filter coffee machine.
BEDROOMSThere are four bedrooms in total. On the first part of the house, there is one bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a two single beds (90x200 cm). In the second part of the house, there is one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm).
BATHROOMSIn the first section of the house, you'll find one bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet featuring a washing machine. In the second section, there is another bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet with a washer. Additionally, on the deck area, there is an outdoor shower with both cold and warm water.
TERRACEThe covered terrace has a wooden dining table for up to eight people. Accessible from the kitchen/living room on the ground floor.
SWIMMING POOLThe outdoor area has been set up for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 24 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, a deck area with six sun loungers, complemented by an outdoor fireplace, and a sitting area for four persons.
PLAYGROUNDWe have a playground area on rubber tiles for the smaller ones, with a swing set, seesaw and a trampoline for never-ending children's fun.
OUTDOOR LAWN GAMESIn the lawn area in front of the house, there are two soccer goals and a volleyball net.
PETSPets with good behavior are very welcome at our holiday home. Please note that the large property is not fenced. Based on our experience, we accept small and medium-sized pets.
