This charming modern 60 sq. m chalet in a calm and secured residence, includes :
- a very nice 450 sq. m garden with a large terrace and a barbecue,
- a bright and comfortable living room,
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- one bathroom with shower,
- a nice open kitchen very well equipped (toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, baby bed, TV, Wi-Fi, bikes,
- a parking space.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

The town centre and all amenities are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride from your accommodation. You can also reach the central beach of Labenne within a 15-minute walk. Finally, in a few minutes by car, you will also reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.
