A golden oldie
Be sure to ask for a Riverview. The grounds are spectacular and I enormously enjoyed my walk around them. The hotel is old and sort of past its prime but man it has a good feel to it.

We asked for lake view and got parking view! The place is old in good renovated conditions. Should get rid of rugs in bedrooms. No food available, no bar...no services.

The third floor is a recovery center. Rooms were tolerable but not super clean. Would not stay here again.

The staff gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and professional. The hotel itself is not in good shape at all. Literally when you have to take the tank lid off and make adjustments to the toilet for a flush! The hotel just needs a renovation period, it's old..

The Love Nest
I was meeting a friend that we hadnt seen each other in 15 yrs. This hotel was the 1/2 way mark. Everything was very charming. There were a few hiccups but all turned out good. Floor seemed wet due to humidity in the room. Bathroom clean but needed air freshner. Took me a bit to figure TV remote. Cute downstairs party patio but no bar or music... sad 😥 Pool area was inviting but forgot bathing suit. The Marina near by could use a bar or restaurant. Enjoyed watching the cat try to catch a bird in the veggie garden. Enjoyed watching the cows during breakfast. Overall very very charming place. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Great customer service, although some renovations were being made it was clean. Loved all the fresh flowers and greenery throughout. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

It was nice the view from the room very good. Breakfast for the cost of the room came up short ! Dark bananas, no eggs or meat. Pool was very cool about 72farenhiet

Beautiful but disappointing
The bathroom sink plumbing leaked all over the floor which became slippery. The toilet seat malfuncioned and wouldn't stay up. The step in shower needs a grab bar badly for safety of guests. When mentioned to the staff, I was told that next time book a room with a grab bar in the shower. The facility is beautiful from 500 feet away, but fails the close up test.
