Upstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room/living room opening onto the south-facing terrace and the garden; also a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, WC; a so-called "parental" suite with a 160 cm bed, cupboard and a "lounge" area with a 90 cm sofa. You will also have at your disposal an independent studio including a bathroom with shower, sink and WC and a sleeping area with a 140 bed and a chest of drawers. The exteriors include a north/east facing balcony at the kitchen level, a large balcony terrace in continuity with the living room as well as the master suite, a wooden terrace as an extension of the small studio as well as the downstairs bedroom. Animals are not allowed in the house. End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant, WIFI included.
