Itā€™s well located for train and ferry, but parking is first come first serve. Be prepared to park 15 mins walk away with your luggage and pay 25 euro for overnight parking! The curtains didnā€™t fit the windows, were as thin as could be and there was a street light right outside the window. The coffee machine was a small Maxine in hallway and was bit average, considering you are in Italy šŸ™ƒ

This was a great little spot, it was close to the pier where we needed to be for our cruise in La Spezia! Lovely apart hotel, would definitely stay there again!

This is a guest house, not a hotel. So, it was self check in and the host is not on site all the time. The rooms are clean and serviceable although the walls are thin so you can hear the TV in adjoining rooms. It is about 20 minute from the train station with many restaurants and other shopping nearby,

The host was amazing, she was incredibly helpful about how to get around and recommendations. She was flexible about the check in time, we came in 2 hours before check in time and called in advance. The place is clean both room and bathroom. It is definitely smaller than it looked in the pictures, but more than enough for a couple. We would stay there again.

If you are a person who's sensitive to odore, there are always garlic smells around the first door (Not inside their rooms or appartment but inside the building. Maybe restant nearby or person who's cooking) but we liked that smell so it was not the problem. Rooms inside were Very Cleaned with warm hospitalities, such as Procecco, snacks (Dolce e Salate), freshly designed as marina sailorsšŸ˜‡āœØšŸ’–ā›“ļø Only flaw would be a shower, maybe only our rooms, but too small and not easy to close the partion door so let it opened. You need to wait until the water gets hot after one person had since water boiler tank is too small, but it's not a big problem, you just need to wait. Totally, we stayed 2nights but very pleasant stay with a walkable neighbor cafes, gelaterie and ristoranti, also park and the port mirabellošŸ’–

Lovely Stay
My husband and I stayed 3 nights here. While we didnā€™t meet either owner in person, Ilaria was in touch through whatā€™s app and responded immediately to any of our queries or requests right down to arranging an early morning cab for us on check out. Our room was comfortable and clean and there was a lovely small basket of goodies left out for us as well as drinks in the mini fridge. The location is close to the beautiful waterfront and about a 15 min walk from the train station. Thereā€™s a small, clean laundromat very close by and restaurants within easy walking distance. The only improvements I could suggest are to have better pillows as they were very flat, and a larger shower would be nice as itā€™s quite tiny. Overall a great find that I would highly recommend!
