I had an amazing stay and highly recommend if you’re visiting the Cinque Terre area! Patrizia was very helpful and hospitable - she gave great tips for visiting the villages, was very responsive, and overall made the stay very enjoyable. The room is conveniently located a short walk to the train station and an easy walk to the ferry, making it a good location for accessing Cinque Terre.

This was our best hotel during our Europe adventure. The WiFi was great, Patrizia shared wonderful information about the area at check in, there was a mini frig and great AC. They even provided wash cloths, something you can never find in Europe! Highly recommend.

This is. It a hotel - it is a room - but that was not a problem. Restaurants are close, the train station close, and the room was very comfortable, clean and modern. Reception was handled nicely with a thorough introduction. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I had a very nice stay and my room was clean, safe and convenient to the train station. Patrizia was very helpful with information about the surrounding area and Cinque Terre. I had some great hikes through the vineyards and on the blue trail, as well as a scenic boat trip up the coast from Porto Venere.

Wonderful stay!
I absolutely loved this place! The room was very clean, well maintained and had everything I needed. The owner Patrizia was very helpful, warm and friendly — you can tell that she cares about her guests and the place. I would wholeheartedly recommend the place to anyone staying in La Spezia!

Great stay!
Appartment is close the trainstation and close to the market and ferry (10min walking). The room was very clean and spacious. Great bathroom and confortable bed. Patrizia was very nice ans gave us many tips for our stay. She was really accomodating (we arrived after the regular check in hours). We would definitely recommend this place.

Patrizia is an amazing host and really seems to care for the wellbeing of her guests. The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless. And quiet! It literally looks like a brand new room. It is just a five minute walk to the historic center and a five minute walk from the train to Cinque Terre. I am a seasoned traveler and I can tell you that this is amazing value for the money. By the way, street parking is free on Sunday and the parking meters are cheaper 2 blocks west (€0.75/h) during the week.
