Bright and functional duplex, in a residence ideally located, of human size, in the middle of the station of Serre Chevalier, between the old villages of Bez and La Salle les Alpes

At the reception of the Residence, you will find information and brochures on the various activities and seasonal events ... Access to the pool reserved for our only residence.
At the shopping center of Pré Long 5 minutes walk you will find at least 3 sports shops, but also a supermarket, charcuterie-caterer, bakery, pharmacy, Tourist Office, ESF, Bureau des Guides, Cinema, market ... In the main street of the old village you can find all the products of the Hautes Alpes and small restaurant.
Whether you love nature or sports, you can spend a week without a car! But you can also discover our rich mountain heritage, the Ecrins National Park, the Nevache valley, Briançon, or make a trip to Italy.

Family holidays
We, again, had a wonderful time in this cosy apartment that is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and close to the ESF and to the shops. The owner and Helene have been super helpful and accommodating. (we forgot our keys in the apartment and Helene was kind enough to send it back to us, many thanks again!) There is a restaurant located within the building which is super convenient. We'll come back for sure!

Perfect location for the slopes. No time wasted getting to the ski lifts.
Very helpful owner so easy to make arrangements for late evening arrival and bed linen hire. Apartment is perfect for accessing the slopes and apres ski activities. The receptionist does not speak much English so spend some time using 'google translate' if you are not a French speaker. The final clean is quite expensive at 25 Euros an hour but well worth it if you have an early start at the end of your holiday.

Nous avons passé d'agréable vacances. L'appartement est au pied des pistes. La résidence est sécurisée. Une gardienne est souvent présente, et est très serviable. Plusieurs infrastructures sont à disposition : tables de ping pong et babyfoot. La station est familiale, et tous les commerces sont accessibles rapidement.

Location très agréable. Logement très fonctionnel, propre et calme ( petit bémol, la proximité de l UCPA avec des soirées très animées mais pas à proximité immédiate non plus, cela surprend un peu dans un tel calme). Vue magnifique. Piscine non surpeuplée. Je recommande !!!

Immeuble très bien entretenu et très calme (aucune nuisance résultant du Restaurant L'Equilibre) Parking parfait devant l'Immeuble Hélène très accueillante et efficace Propriétaire très réactive, prompte à répondre aux questions Appartement Duplex très confortable, parfaitement agencé (espace et volumes très bien exploités ... genre bateau !!!) et très agréable à vivre Séjour et Chambres très spacieux et très bien équipés : TV, Wi-Fi Cuisine et Salle de Bain très bien équipées Ameublement en bois très "cosy" Piscine (chauffée) très agréable, mais trop "occupée" par les jeunes qui passent leur temps à sauter dans l'eau !!! Proche des commodités - très appréciable avec des enfants en bas d'âge Appartement propre et très bien aménagé Le petit plus éventuellement : la machine à laver :) et un étendage plus grand Énormément d'activités à faire dans les environs à moins d'une heure/ heure trente de la résidence. Le local (avec casiers qui ferment à clef)au rez de chaussée est très pratique avec un accès direct au télésiège de la Casse du boeuf. Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans l'appartement . Appartement très bien situé et avec un équipement très fonctionnel. Suite à un petit problème de plomberie, les propriétaires ont été d'une incroyable réactivité et attention pour le résoudre très rapidement. Si possible, nous reviendrons.

1/ Bon duplex. L'appartement est très bien situé pour les pistes mais également près des commerces et du marché, pas très loin du village. Le restaurant au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble est un vrai plus. Contact avec le propriétaire et la gardienne de l'immeuble très agréable, on ne peut faire mieux :) Encore merci !
