This 64 m² cottage benefits from a pleasant exterior with terrace and lawned area, all entirely enclosed by walls and not overlooked. Relax during your stay thanks to the garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue at your disposal. The enclosed space is ideal for families with young children.

On the ground floor: living room with lounge, sofa bed and television, dining area and fully equipped semi-independent kitchen. WC on the ground floor also.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: the first with 1 140cm bed and the second with 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bed. The small bathroom contains shower, sink, storage and WC.

Take advantage of your stay to visit the region's points of interest: Maulévrier Oriental Park; the largest Japanese garden in Europe, the shoe museum and the textile museum. For nature and getaways, hike or cycle along the Sèvre Nantaise or the many hiking trails.

25 minutes from the cottage, don't miss the medieval city of Clisson with its Italian-influenced architecture, which hosts the famous Hellfest in June. You will also be located 25 minutes from Puy du Fou and 30 minutes from the Boissière du Doré Zoo. A little further, stroll along the banks of the Loire or the Atlantic coast for the most motivated (1h30) and along the way, don't miss Nantes and its famous Machines de l'île.

Access to the Renussière gite: On the Nantes-Cholet RN249 expressway, take exit 8 Take the RD 753 towards Noirmoutier, La Séguinière, La Romagne. The cottage is located between La Séguinière and La Romagne. About 2 km after the exit of La Séguinière, in a descent, take the “turn left” in the direction of “la Bégaudière”. Cross the village, follow the winding road (important coast) for about 1 km Then take the first road on the left in the direction of “La Renussière”. The gîte is on the left as you arrive in the hamlet.
