Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits de voir que vous n’êtes pas resté indifférent à l’accueil agréable que notre personnel. En dépit de cet encouragement, nous sommes navrés de constater que vous ayez trouvé des défauts dans nos services. Toutefois, veuillez noter que nos services ont toujours été à la hauteur des attentes de nos clients et nous nous excusons pour ces petits manquements au niveau du ménage qui ne sont pas dans nos standards.
