Large bright family house of 115m², with enclosed garden, ideal for 2 families, with all comforts, located in a quiet environment, in Laleu, a charming historic district of La Rochelle, close to shops and 1 km from the island bridge. de Ré, 15 minutes by bike from the port of La Rochelle. You will be able to take advantage of a wide range of sporting and cultural leisure activities: surfing, golf, water skiing, boating, jet skiing, cycling, rollerblading, kite-surfing, horse riding; Aquarium less than 4 km away and as a "pied a terre" for visiting the region.

• 1 double bedroom with a bed of 140x190cm.
• 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 cm.
• 1 cozy room adjoining the living room which turns into a bedroom for 2 people thanks to its comfortable BZ bed of 140x190
• 1 cot with mattress and a high chair on request

Outside: 2 terraces, one facing north very pleasant with the morning sun for breakfast and a large one of 35m² facing south covered by a magnificent shade sail equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, relax, table ping-pong, and an outdoor shower (very practical for cooling off after the party grills and / or returning from the beach to desalinate)

Grande maison pour vacances en famille
Nous avons apprécié la taille de la maison (chacun peut y avoir son espace même en cas de famille nombreuse), le jardin avec sa toile tendue et sa table de ping pong, la proximité à la rochelle et à l’ile de ré (malgré le faux plat sur le retour) et la communication tres facile et agréable avec le proprietaire. Un petit bémol sur notre quinzaine, nous avons eu chaud même la nuit. Tres bonne expérience dans l’ensemble

Maison très bien conçue, confortable, très bien équipée, dans un quartier calme mais proche du centre. Acceuil chaleureux du propriétaire avec conseils tip top pour les plages et restos. Tres fortement recommandée pour de super vacances.

Schöne Region, nette Menschen und tolles Haus
Das Haus ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es verfügt über viel Platz und eine tolle Ausstattung. Das WLan ist sehr schnell, was unsere Kinder begeisterte. Ludovic ist als Gastgeber sehr engagiert und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten in La Rochelle eine tolle Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. :-)

Séjour très agréable à la Rochelle
Le quartier de Laleu est un petit quartier tranquille où il était agréable de revenir après une journée sur les vélos ! A 1 km du pont de l'île de Ré, à 15' en vélo du centre de la Rochelle ! Une maison très fonctionnelle et un hôte très réactif et agréable ! Très bon séjour !
