The Space:
Casa Isla Oasis welcomes you with breathtaking desert landscapes and a shimmering lake reflecting the beauty of the Santa Rosa mountains at sunset. This meticulously designed vacation home boasts bright, high ceilings and an open living area that seamlessly connects to a fully equipped game room. Challenge your family and friends to arcade games, shuffleboard, air hockey, and more!

LIVING ROOM
Relax in the main living area on the comfortable sofas while sipping a drink from the wet bar and enjoying your favorites on the flat screen TV. This cozy common area expands into the dining area and kitchen which is fully stocked to meet your culinary needs.

EDROOMS:
This amazing space boasts a Master bedroom with en suite, guest bedroom with en suite, 3rd bedroom with 3 beds and an additional guest bathroom.

BACKYARD:
Outdoor seating can be found in the private backyard and can be conveniently accessed through the glass sliding doors located off the dining room. This scenic backyard offers resort style amenities such as a private pebble tec pool with raised spa and tranquil spill way. The captivating back yard which is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing is an outdoor paradise with built-in BBQ, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs and pool amenities.
(Heated pool available for an additional $125 per day if requested)
Be respectful of PGA West community's quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM. All house guest must be in the home by 10PM.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED:
-We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in the reservation. If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying.

PARKING:
You may park 1 car in the garage, 2 cars in the drive way and if needed you may park 1 car on the street. Please make sure to obey all traffic rules. Park facing the direction of traffic and do not block drive ways at any time. DO NOT BLOCK MAILBOXES Mon-Sat 8am-5pm. (Strictly enforced by HOA with citation you will be responsible for)

COMMUNITY:
Explore the community and Club house in the golf cart or on bikes, both of which will be made available to you during your stay. You may also play on 3 of the 6 courses available to you within the PGA West community.
The golf course is private property and may not be accessed through the back yard.

Guest Access:
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

You will have access to all rooms on the property as well as the garage.

The golf course is private property. No trespassing into the golf course or its walk way.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.



-Community quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.

-You may park a total of 4 cars. 1 car in the garage, 2 cars in the drive way and if needed you may park 1 car on the street. NO OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED IN COMMUNITY.

-Please make sure to obey all traffic rules. Park facing the direction of traffic and do not block drive ways at any time. DO NOT BLOCK MAILBOXES Mon-Sat 8am-5pm. (Strictly enforced by HOA with citation you will be responsible for)

-Routine grounds maintenance and gardening is coordinated and scheduled by the PGA West home owner association. Dates and times vary and the maintenance crew may arrive with no prior notice. We realize this may be an inconvenience for our guest but it is beyond our control.

-Routine pool and spa maintenance is done regularly. The service crew member may stop by property as needed to ensure pool and spa are functioning properly and water is adequately balanced for your safety.

Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.

-Scooters, bikes and helmets are available for your own discretion. You will assume full responsibility if they are used.
