Don’t be put off!
"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine!
Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy.
The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good.
Nice balcony views.
Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine.
No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."
