The Space:
This 1184 sq ft|110 sqm home is the ideal family vacation spot to create lasting memories while visiting La Paz. The townhome is just a short drive to the beach and to the heart of La Paz, where you’ll find tons of tasty treats and exciting attractions. La Paz is teeming with restaurant options, shopping, activities, sightseeing, and golf to keep everyone happy.
The 3-bedroom townhome features:
- A luminous and modern living open living space, super comfy sofas, large wall-mounted Smart TV with basic television service.
- There’s direct access to the private enclosed backyard area via sliding glass doors. Keep them open to extend living space to the outdoors.
- The dining area is in front of the doors leading to the yard, so you’ll get lots of natural light there during the day. The table is fantastic for sit-down meals at home and seats 8 comfortably. Or dine outside. There is a table out there for meals ‘al fresco’.
- Everything you’d need to prepare healthy meals at home is in the fully-equipped kitchen with all quality appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. Plus, a cute breakfast bar at the kitchen counter with 3 barstools for hangin’ out, enjoying a coffee or chit-chat.
- There are 3 bedrooms, all upstairs, to accommodate 6 guests comfortably as such:

The townhome inside Coronado residential area is about 5.7 miles | 9.2 km* to/from the Airport (LAP) or 116 miles | 188 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD)
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
*Also, there is construction on the neighboring street until about Dec. 2022. Construction noise can be heard during work hours 7:30 am - 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. Please consider this before booking (to avoid complaints afterward) as this is completely out of our control.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, beach chairs, bath towels are provided free during your stay.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using the code on the digital entry pad at the front door. Codes are sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
