"Lovely room, great location, super welcoming staff.
I give this a 10.
If managers want to improve, my ideas:
* Redecorate the courtyard; it needs coherence.
* Remodel the dining room to give it warmth.
* In the bathtub in room 118 when you lie back in the water and look up at what I think are heating elements (white tubes) you see ugly rust-colored goo. Clean this up, because it mars what is otherwise an impeccable and gorgeous bathroom. "
