One night stay while visiting family in the region. Always beautiful, especially waking up on a sunny day; the view of the St Laurent river is spectacular. Very peaceful. Careful with wheelchair accessible room, I called prior to make sure we had the one room only. I was told that yes, our room was accessible. It wasn’t the room, although we could enter the room, the bathroom wasn’t accessible with a wheelchair and not enough space for transfers. The staff on duty, was great and help us find a room that would suit our needs.

My room was comfortable but there was a leak in the bathroom and there was a lot of noise during the night. Hôtel was at full capacity so we couldn’t change room. Very expensive for what we got

View, building and grounds super exceptional. Felt rushed having evening drink at bar as servers appeared to be hurrying to close down and get home. Pool facility online said open at 7am but when going to facility at that time found a sign on the door saying not open until 9am.

i liked the place but i found it expensiive for the room was not s big on the fourth floor and the parking is not available for guests . free parking for the casino but not free for guests that pay good money for rooms that are expensive otherwise the surroundings are great supper was good and brunch was also good .

All good except for doorman and bellmen at arrival and departure , completely absent ! We carried our luggage and parked our car ! No one to greet , say goodbye or offered to help! Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel ! Also, because we arrived much earlier , our room was not ready, (which we expected already and were ok with it ) but we were told by reception check in clerk we would be notified by text or email when ready ! Had time to store our luggage with bellman , go out to town for lunch , visited the facilities , then came back and waited in lobby until 5 PM ! The message never came ! ! 1 hour past check-in time of 4:00 PM! Then again had trouble getting my luggage back from bellman ( absent again ) who had given us a luggage claim coupon used usually for golfers , but we were not golfers ! Reception clerk took care of it ! It was clear to us that normal occasional travellers were not treated the same as the regular golf members! But that’s only our impression maybe ! However that’s still our impression ! Besides that, Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu is a beautiful , historical building , with great views of sun rise over the Saint -Laurent River ! Our room was comfortable , clean and had a great view! Shower was a little weak ! No water in fridge upon arrival ! Didn’t feel like eating at hotel ! Local restaurants are excellent and overall it was a beautiful drive all around with river and mountains views and local villages !
