Just 22 km west of Cherbourg, in the heart of La Hague and close to Val de Saire, facing a 10 km long sand beach, close to superb cliffs and coves, good food. Cottage for weekly rental with uninterrupted views of the coast, the Island of Alderney and amazing sunsets. Access by foot to the beach via a 500 m path. The main beach is a 3 min drive, with ample parking space. Beautiful walks, short and long, on your doorstep. You are on the coastal path GR223. In Vauville a surfing school, sand yachting and glider ! The nearest (great) bar and restaurant is a 3 minutes walk, all shops a 6 minutes drive.

La Hague is the peninsula at the tip of Cotentin, another peninsula. Cliffs, small coves, sand beaches and fishing villages alternate.

Holiday home for 7 people, on two levels. All 4 bedrooms with sea and garden view. Ground floor master bedroom with a double bed (1.40m wide), en suite dressing room, shower room and toilet. 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, one with double bed, one with two single beds (0.9m wide) and one with a single bed. 2 independent toilets. Game and yoga room.

Important : The tourist tax does not apply to children (0-17 years) and to people coming to work locally. So please specify exactly how many adults and children you will be.
For people coming to work, accept initially the tax , then claim for waiver.

This property has not many reviews because we opened it for the 1st time in March 2025. However, the owners-managers have a multi-year experience in running the 2 Watermill cottages of Dur-Ecu nearby (ref 11201717 and 709193).

The price includes water and electricity within 60 kWh / night. Additional kWh at 0.2 €/kW. Rented as a holiday home (weekly and do your own cleaning). 150 € deposit required upon check-in and given back at check out when everything is in order.

nouveau gite très confortable pour ceux qui aime la mer , le calme et les beaux paysages

Séjour en famille très agréable dans la Hague , ce bout du Cotentin entouré par la mer, resté très sauvage et authentique . Etant un des premiers utilisateurs de ce nouveau gite , nous étions un peu inquiets sur les prestations fournis . Tout s'est avéré très bien et conforme à ce qui était annoncé
