It takes about twenty steps to reach the picturesque lobster beach in the village of Guérinière. Suffice to say that the apartment, in a small residence recently and intelligently designed, has the feet in the water! 2 couples or a family of 4 can quietly enjoy the 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, living room and fully equipped kitchen of the rental. The bright south facing and tastefully furnished, enjoys a magnificent view of the ocean. A terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers allows you to fully enjoy this maritime atmosphere. For an extended weekend or a holiday, holidaymakers have full and new equipment, a lift and a private automatic closing parking space. The services of the residence allow a PMR access to the apartment. Calm and escape are at the rendezvous!

This apartment for rent on Noirmoutier is located in a quiet street, close to shops and restaurants of the village. The beach of lobster boats and its dikes are about fifteen meters, to relax, swim or go fishing on foot. Children can easily access the beach club located 300m from the apartment. On each side of the beach, the coastal path can extend the walks between sea, dunes and mills. The bike paths are there to explore the island by bike. This is the best way to approach the beaches, ports and small villages of the island! The town center of Noirmoutier on the island, with its colorful markets, is 5 km away, beyond the salt marshes. If you are tempted by tourist sites on the continent, St Jean de Monts, St Gilles Croix de Vie or Nantes can be reached in less than an hour by car. After crossing the bridge or the famous Gois!

Lovely Apartment, excellent view, convenient location

The apartment is large, luminous and well fitted with appliances and cookware. The view is amazing and it is within walking distance of a small grocer, boulangerie and restaurant. Steps from the ocean, loved leaving the windows open at night to hear the waves. A big plus is the elevator (the unit on 3rd floor American, 2nd European and I had a HEAVY suitcase). The concierge was super nice and reliable. It was nice having the garage space BUT it is SMALL. If you have a wide car, it may not fit.

Tout à fait conforme à la description. Spacieux appartement avec belle vue sur l'océan depuis quasiment toutes les pièces (séjour/salon, cuisine, chambre parentale), un régal ! Aménagé avec goût et très complet en terme d'équipements (lesquels sont de qualité). Excellente literie. Délicates attentions d'accueil de la part des propriétaires ! Mention spéciale à Véronique (de la conciergerie de Hoomy) pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité, ses bons conseils et son attachement à faciliter nos arrivée/départ par son adaptabilité.

Appartement superbement placé, exposé sud avec vue mer à 180°. Equipement remarquablement complet, ensemble très propre, pratiquement neuf, nombreux rangements, électroménager haut de gamme, pièces spacieuses, terrasse agréable, garage bienvenu (mais vérifier les dimensions de la voiture).
