We offer you our charming house in the village of La Flotte on the Ile de Ré.
This typical island house, ideally located in a quiet lane near the center of the village, the port and the medieval market, offers a clear view from the floor and the terrace on the sea.
All spaces have been refreshed and renovated (in 2018 and 2019) with care and simplicity in the choice of materials, atmospheres and vintage items.
The house, for 4 to 5 people, is composed of a main building and an annex, both articulated around a sunny courtyard. This arrangement offers great flexibility of use during the summer.
(*) A parking space is available 80 meters from the house

The ground floor consists of a living-dining room and an open kitchen.
2 bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a bathroom (sink, shower and wc).
The first bedroom is equipped with new 160 cm double bedding and cupboards. The second bedroom is fitted with new separable 2x80 bedding and cupboards.
The luminous annex of 12 m² is made up of a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (sink, shower and toilet) and a very comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a summer lounge.
The outdoor area, consisting of a 23 m² courtyard and a very nice high terrace with sea view, is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.
It is possible to hang the bikes outside on the facade or to enter them in the courtyard.
This comfortable and charming house will be the ideal place for your holidays with family or friends.

Convient, stylish unique stay
We loved our stay. It's a great location tucked away but a short way from the harbour. The check- in was made fabulous by Marie- Noelle who couldnt have been more pleasant or helpful and spoke excellent english. The house is very well equipped and was exceptionally clean. We loved the use of the roof terrace for the evening sun. The beds are very comfortable. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect location for Ile de Re
We have visited he island before but never stayed in La Flotte. This house was perfect for visiting the island by bike and was a short walk into the town. The house is georgous with everyone you need. The sun terrace is particularly nice. La Flotte itself has a nice beach, a great market on everyday and some lovely Quay side restaurants.

Très belle maison, originale et bien située.
Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons passé du bon temps à la Flotte, à l’île de Re. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner. Le soleil et des moments à 22 degrés nous ont toutefois réjouis. Nous avons adoré nous rendre au marché médiéval tous les matins et nous promener un après-midi à vélo. L’endroit est vraiment bien décoré et la cuisine est bien pourvue pour cuisiner. La rallonge est fantastique! (Nous aurions aimé plus de linges de maison, dont des torchons dans la cuisine, mais on s’est débrouillé.)

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Meernähe
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man benötigt in einer ruhigen und guten Lage. Zum Meer sind es 5 Minuten und man kann am Meer entlang nach La Flotte laufen, dort am Hafen schöne Cafés und Restaurants. Mit dem daherkamen man die ganze Insel erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wie im Jahr 2022 haben wir uns auf die Insel gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles Bestens im Haus und auch die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort sowie die netten Aufmerksamkeiten durch die Vermieter kann besser nicht sein. Leider ist in unsere Reisezeit für 2024 das Haus schon belegt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Maison Hygge außerordentlich genossen. Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit ausgezeichnet. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Feingefühl behutsam auf modernen Stand gebracht worden. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die absolute Privatsphäre, die man dort genießt.
