Enjoyable stay in LaCrosse WI to see the local sites including the annual Rotary Lights display. Had a great view of the lights and the river from our fourth floor room. So happy to get what we were promised and more.

Fast, friendly, efficient check-in. Charles was very polite and helpful. We usually bring our dog when we stay here. This time was no different. The pet friendly room was spotless. In a great location, and still had all the amenities for the people guests. All the staff were excellent during our stay.

A staff member made brewed a fresh pot of coffee for me at 430pm. They only had hot chocolate in the lobby and the kind man with curly hair brewed me a fresh cup. That was so kind and I appreciated it so much. He deserves to be recognized for this.
