The only thing negative was the view from our window. We had no view from our room, it was blocked by your sign. Otherwise everything was great but a little expensive, found rooms while we were their on your website that were cheaper per night than we paid.

This was a great spot to stay for a night. La Crosse is lovely and the Hampton was walkable to everything, including the park on the river. An excellent place to stay if in the area.

Wonderful hotel!
What a wonderful hotel! It was clean and spacious with a great workout room and saltwater pool! The location was perfect for walking to everything downtown. The breakfast was delicious! The only issue was how hot our room was. We turned off the heat and even tried the air conditioning!

It’s a very nice, newer hotel and the location is close enough to walk to downtown restaurants/shopping and across the street from the Oktoberfest grounds. I’ve stayed there in the past and had great experiences. Unfortunately, this time it wasn’t as great. There was a youth group at the hotel and the room above mine must have had the entire group housed in it. It was constant stomping and noise. I called the front desk twice and they reached out to the room and the youth group leader, but with no change. Front desk, I will say, was very responsive and understanding. After the second call, I gave up. Was not offered a room change or any other option to resolve. Additionally, the bed wasn’t good for me and I woke up stiff and sore both mornings. That said, my son loved the bed so who knows.

Very nice Hampton Inn however, I felt mild tremors at times in our room that were disturbing. This is why I rated it down as I don't know if it was caused by nearby truck traffic, some mild earth tremors, or building issues.

Kids enjoyed the pool. We all liked the mattresses and fluffy towels. Fridge was cool without freezing. Showers were nice and bathrooms were clean. Staff was super nice. Breakfast Friday was meh, but much better Saturday.
