The front desk person was extremely upbeat and friendly. Nice lobby, good breakfast, lots of parking space. Location was perfect, right across the street from festival grounds. Very walkable area. Spacious romm, like a small apartment with open kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom.

What a great Hotel. This place will forever be my go to when in LaCrosse! Beautiful, spacious suite, excellent breakfast, hot tub was perfect after a busy day. Great dining options within walking distance!

From the time we checked in until we drove away, our stay was perfect! I have not one complaint. Staff was friendly, room was comfy and clean. The location of this Hotel is perfect as it is within walking distance to downtown, the river, the gardens and the riverboat tours. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is nice and located very close to the water, Riverside Park, a walking trail, and downtown. Staff was fantastic. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The kitchenette is convenient and offers additional space when compared to a regular hotel room. The water was extremely soft and it took extra time to rinse off soap when washing. The breakfast was eatable, but if given given the choice again I would’ve opted to get a nicer breakfast at one of the places within walking distance from the hotel. All in all an acceptable place to sleep for the night.
