Location: The villa is located in the town of La Croix-Valmer, on the borders of the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The villa is located in a private residential estate extending into the hills overlooking the magnificent bay of Cavalaire. Facing south, it offers a beautiful view of the sea, the Pointe de Cavalaire, and the hills of the Massif des Maures.
The location is therefore particularly quiet with its proximity to the sea and the main shops. The beautiful Cavalaire beach is three minutes away (600 meters as the crow flies). That of Gigaro is ten minutes away. The village of La Croix-Valmer is two kilometers away. All the shops can be found there. The livelier town of Cavalaire with its port is three kilometers away.
Finally, the Saint-Tropez peninsula offers numerous walking possibilities, with the picturesque villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud, and the port of St Tropez.
Description of the villa: The Provençal style house includes approximately 230 m² of living space on two levels.
The ground floor has a 40 m² living room opening onto the terrace and the garden, with an old fireplace (Indonesia). The kitchen, completely redone in 2022, opens through a French window and a large bay window onto a terrace shaded by mulberry trees, wisteria and jasmine.
The ground floor includes two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a 160 x 200 bed, the other with two 90 x 200 beds) each with a shower room, and a dressing room, and a laundry room with washing machine. laundry and dryer, storage cupboards, ironing board.
