Enjoy the tranquility of the Andalusian countryside surrounded by olive groves and majestic and oak trees.
The property has a small agricultural activity - notably the olive harvest - and some animals (horses, chickens, guinea fowl, dogs, cats, etc.)

Several terraces with views of the surrounding countryside as well as the flower-filled patio are all ideal for al fresco dining or simply for relaxing under the shade of our pergola of eucalyptus branches.

The swimming pool (4m x 8m) is perfect for cooling off during the hot Andalusian afternoons.
The main living room is a huge 60m2 space with a cathedral style -ceiling and a beautiful fireplace. There is a large dinig table suitable for meals with family and friends, and a large lounge area furnished with sofas, armchairs and rocking chairs.

The kitchen is very well equipped - hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher - for those who would like to prepare meals using local products. The wooden counter is the perfect place to have breakfast enjoying the morning sun with the view out onto the patio. There is a washing machine located in a seperate laundry room.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is ideal for 8 people but has enough sleeping space to comfortably accommodate 10 people.

A short walk takes you to the village of Las Pinedas - a small hamlet with white houses typical of the Andalusian countryside. You will find a church, a grocery store and the village bar where you can have a drink or taste some local cuisine while the elders play their games of dominoes!

The city of Cordoba is a 20 minute drive away, a visit to the Mézquita of Cordoba (the largest mosque in the Western world, now a cathedral) is a must, as is the old town and the flowered patios.

Visiting other emblematic cities of Andalusia - Seville, Granada, Malaga, Ronda, Jaen - is possible in a day thanks to easy access to the A4 motorway. Seville airport is less than an hour by car, Córdoba train station 25 minutes.

De formidables vacances
Je vous encourage a profiter de cette superbe location, au calme, dans un paysage typiquement andalou. Nous avons visité Cordoue, Séville, Grenade, Malaga, Marbella et Ronda, en effet, ces magnifiques villes (avec un bémol pour Malaga et Marbella..)sont à 2h au maximum de la location. Enfin, un remerciement tout particulier à Lourdes et Raffa, nos contacts sur place, pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité de tout instant. En bref, n'hésitez pas

Fantastisch verblijf in de cortijo
We hadden een fantastisch tijd in het mooie huis van Pascale. Thuis hadden we de locatie opgezocht en vreesden we toch dat we te ver van restaurants of supermarkten zouden zitten. Dit bleek echter niet zo te zijn. 10-15 minuten met de wagen kan je een grote, mooie supermarkt vinden en ben je in La Carlotte waar je restaurantjes en ijssalon enz ... kan vinden. Het huis is heel mooi en ruim! Wij zijn een gezin van 6, dus wat ruimte is altijd welkom. Alles is voorzien: potten, pannen, gasfornuis, handdoeken, lakens, ... zelf een espressomachine! Het huis was heel proper toen we aankwamen. De hele lieve buren verwelkomen je en staan steeds voor je klaar! Pascale is ook steeds bereikbaar via mail en zorgt binnen de 24u voor een oplossing voor je mogelijke problemen of een antwoord op je vragen. (vb: de microgolf had wat kuren, ik meldde dit via mail en 2 dagen later werd een nieuwe microgolf geleverd) De locatie was voor ons ideaal om ook Cordoba, Granada, Malaga, Ronda en Sevilla te bezoeken. Het huis is rustig gelegen, zalig was de stilte. De kostprijs voor het huren van het huis is zeker prijs/kwaliteit héél héél goed. (wij vinden zelfs dat Pascale gerust wat meer mag aanrekenen voor zo een mooi huis en alles wat je als huurder mag gebruiken) :-) De honden en de poes van de buren waren voor onze kinderen zeker een meerwaarde! We raden zeker iedereen aan om hier te verblijven. Een oprechte dankjewel aan Pascale, Lourdes en haar man.
