Séjour Métrocosy
Emplacement parfait, très calme malgré la proximité du centre ville, disposition, superficie et matériel de l'appartement très bien, confortable et très lumineux, de nombreux jeux de société à disposition !Petit bémol concernant l'isolation à l'étage... évidemment cela peut dépendre des voisins mais nous pouvions connaitre le programme de tv suivi....Peut être revoir auprès de la conciergerie concernant le ménage , poussière sur les meubles, plaque et frigo à revoir et aspirateur non passé dans les escaliers Ce n'est pas grand chose mais j'imagine que c'est une prestation payée par le propriétaire donc il me parait profitable de l'en avertir ...Toutefois je recommande cet appartement pour un couple et deux enfants ( voir 3 car tout le nécessaire pour un bb!)
