klein gezellig appartement
Ons verblijf was prima. Het appartement was klein maar gezellig en had een fijn terras en was op loopafstand naar zee. De winkels waren verder weg. De bedden waren niet optimaal. De host was heel goed benaderbaar en gaf ons veel informatie uiterst vriendelijk.

Pas facile d'accès et le numéro correspond au 12 au lieu de 14... La place de parking est vraiment petite (Pas d'espace entre les véhicules) Gîte correct qualité/prix.

Très bon séjour
Petit appartement coquet et bien équipé convenant tout à fait à un couple d'adultes + éventuellement 1 ou 2 petits enfants. Propriétaires très sympathiques avec qui on peut rapidement converser et échanger des propos divers simples et courtois. Merci à eux. Très bon souvenir.

location a fuire,immeuble difficile a trouver,rien pour ce garer pas de place attitrée. ancien immeuble. location au nord , pas de rangement rien pour mettre ces affaires ,pas de micro ondes,pour le petit déjeuner vieux bols ébréchés,vieux couverts en plastique,vielles casseroles et poêles bonnes à jeter..sale ,vieux matelas défoncé, draps et serviettes tachés une honte ..etc...y' en a trop a dire location a fuire

Appartement agréable par beau temps mais annonce trompeuse sur la description des chambres
La partie intérieure de l'appartement présente un espace confortable et un équipement parfaitement optimisé avec toutefois deux inconvénients notables: - les espaces de rangement des vêtements sont réduits à minima: étagères très étroites masquées par un rideau et quasi absence de penderie (bricolage de 40 cm dans l'espace de rangement des ustensiles de ménage), - ce qui est décrit comme 2 chambres est en fait constitué d'une grande chambre coupée en deux par une cloison avec une porte donnant sur une partie lit 2 personnes et une partie cabine avec lits superposés, le défaut étant que pour accéder à la chambre avec le lit il faut passer par la cabine, ce qui n'est absolument pas visible sur les photos. Par contre, en cas de beau temps (ce qui fut, à une journée près, notre cas) la terrasse bien abritée offre un espace de vie agréable pour les repas et la détente.

Agréable séjour mais quelques points négatifs
La résidence est bien située, proche du remblai et à proximité des commerces de Pornichet . Les jardins et les parties communes sont très bien entretenus. La piscine, bien que trop petite vu la taille du complexe, est agréable. L’appartement est « compact » mais cosy et décoré avec goût et modernité . La terrasse , calme et sans vis à vis, est le vrai plus de cette location , elle offre une pièce de vie supplémentaire quand il fait beau! La propriétaire est très sympathique est à l’écoute de vos besoins . Il y a quand même des points négatifs : -La taille de l’appartement et le manque de rangement surtout : il est annoncé que l’appartment Peut accueillir jusqu’a 5 personnes .Je ne vois pas comment cela est possible .Nous étions 3 ( dont 2 enfants), et déjà très à l’étroit , surtout qu’il n’y a quasiment aucun rangement ni placard ! - pas de four micro onde . - Le stationnement dans La résidence n’est pas garanti ( pas de place attitrée )en cas de forte affluence le parking est régulièrement complet. - prestation de ménage non proposée en fin de séjour.

Très bonne semaine en famille
Nous sommes venus en famille avec deux enfants en bas âge l’un de deux ans et l’autre de deux mois. L’appartement est très propre et très agréable. Je pense en revanche qu’avec deux enfants si petits et un temps plutôt gris voire très pluvieux il aurait fallu un logement un pool plus grand mais avec des enfants âgés d’au moins 4-5 ans il est top ! La propriétaire avait mis tout ce qu’il faut à notre disposition (chaise bébé, transat pour le petit et un lit parapluie) La propriétaire nous a aussi donné quelques adresses sympas et des activités que nous pouvions faire dans le coin. La résidence est très calme, parfait pour se reposer et bien située ce qui permet, en cas de beau temps, de faire ses déplacements en vélo (la proprietaire m’a précisé que nous pouvions louer des vélos dans les alentours). Nous avons bien profité et recommandons à 100% ce logement !
