Guten Abend Unser Aufenthalt hat nicht stattgefunden. Als wir ankommen sind, wurden wir nicht reingelassen und uns wurde gesagt das wir keine reservation hätten. Keine Telefonnummer und keine Kontaktperson stand. Ich musste um 22Uhr noch auf die schnelle ein Hotel suchen mit zwei Kindern. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich wieder nicht rein gelassen und dan trotz Begleitung der Polizei auch nicht. Mir wurde gesagt das ich ins Polizeirevier gehen sollte und das melden sollte. Erst als die Polizei die Gastgeberin angerufen hat wurden wir rein gelassen. Dann wollten diese das wir dort Checkin machen, erst haben sie gesagt das sie keine Telefon mir hätten. Dann aufeinmal das wir keine Reservation haben, obwohl sie mir diese per Whatsapp gezeigt haben. Ich habe versucht sie über die Telefonnummer an der Webseite zu erreichen aber es ging nicht. Ich habe meine Anwältin kontaktiert und möchte das Sie mir mein Geld zurück erstatten. Mit freundlichen Grüssen Tijana Sojkic
