Very very good! 12/10!! Far beyond my expectation! The bath is just great! Definitely try it and grab a free drink after at the guest lounge. I’ll stay again next time when coming to Kyoto!

Staff at reception were very professional and kind. The facilities were excellent and the public bath also top notch. Lots of free goodies such as drinks, ice creams coffees and cookies in the basement level recreation lounge.

The hotel is fantastic, I was really impressed with it's modern twist on traditional Japanese style. The room was huge, especially by Japanese standards, and the staff were always on hand to help you out. Right next to the train station, but it was a little outside of the busy parts of town, so it was quiet, but also requured a bit of a walk or one stop on the train to go out

Comfortable homebase while in Kyoto
The location was great since there were lots of restaurants nearby and the Kyoto station was only one stop away. The service was very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good to start our day. Overall, it was awesome. We may stay here again if we come back to Kyoto.

Stay here when visiting Kyoto
If I ever go back to Kyoto, I am staying here. I loved the lounge and the onsen that are are part of this hotel. Everything about it was fantastic!!

The Internet was a little unreliable and the TV when casting would not go over a certain volume that was quite low. Otherwise the site was great. Central location, staff was great and easy to communicate with. I went to the onsen for the first time and it was so relaxing, beautiful, and safe.

Our room was fantastic, spacious with so many facilities and the design of the hotel is beautiful. We especially loved the shower! Everywhere was so clean. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the free drinks and snacks on the basement level. If we return to Kyoto we will be sure to book again.

We purchased the room with breakfast; this included a buffet breakfast or lunch and a surprise which is a light meal from 11am to 1:30pm. They also have a small guest lounge which is stocked with snacks - biscuits, nuts, coffee, tea, coke, ginger ale, sparkling water, milk, etc. and is complimentary. The gym is a little small with not much equipment but there is a complimentary bath for guest.

We really enjoyed this hotel, it was very convenient location for a lot of sight seeing around Kyoto. Also the hotel and the rooms were very nicely done. We enjoyed the shower and the breakfast. I will definitely stay again at this hotel.
