Great staff, all staff speaks English . Check in is at 3 pm. Very tranquil and calm lobby with meeting areas. Complimentary snack bar on underground floor along with laundry(600 yen) . Really interactive ā€œcongestion ā€œ tab on tv that shows which locations are busy inside hotel. Comfortable bed with great amenities . Shower pressure was nice. Only issue was light switches , one key card only and shower tray with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel kept falling due to poor shelving. Checkout was a breeze! Iā€™ll definitely be back

Superbly clean property with the best ambience. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with warm welcomes and a welcome drink/treat which was delicious. The design of the property is like an oasis from the outside world and you will feel truly relaxed and on holiday here.

Excellent service. Room was spacious and everything was in great condition. Liked the door magnets to indicate do not disturb/make up the room. The in-hotel laundromat was convenient and the restaurant was fantastic. Only complaint was the wi-fi was a bit spotty at night.

Absolutely beautiful hotel
Absolutely beautiful hotel , the service is great , there is a beautiful onsen and a delicious free snack bar . The hotel has a.well equipped gym and several laundry machines , it is not.very central but it is not far away either from the main attractions , plus there js a subway station only few meters away . Highly recommended it

Easy access to major tourism spots. Nice stuff and terrific design of the hotel. It has not an on-site parking, it was a difficult to find parking space nearby.
