This was a very nice property. From the moment I walked in I did actually feel at home. The room was spacious, the kitchen, and tub we huge pluses. I have tattoos so haven’t been able to get to an onsen yet and the tub gave me a sense of that. Very quiet at night and close to a lot of sightseeing. Just over the bridge and leading to any of them, the neighbourhood is lively and full of local shops. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Kyoto!

Excellently appointed rooms. Spacious and well stocked kitchen. Really loved having in suite laundry. Would have preferred more amenities and better staffing for check in. Often no one at front counter and you needed to call someone at a call center.

We were on the second floor, and the people on the third floor were literally banging on the floor from approximately 10:30 pm until 12 midnight. The office lady came to our room after hearing the noise and spoke to the people on the third floor, requesting that they be quiet. However, the noise persisted, and we were unable to sleep until 1am. We then asked the office lady if we could change rooms the next day, but she informed us that the people on the third floor would be leaving the following day and that there should be no more noise. Unfortunately, the next day we experienced the same issue with noise until midnight. But the office lady was helpful answering all questions she was very lovely

Great location and great sized well appointed rooms. However bare bones amenities and often no check in staff. Everything is cloud based. No bottled water only one vending machine in basement. Even some basic amenities would have been great.

Great place for a family of 5 - all adults! Place was very spacious. Felt like home. Very clean and relaxing. Close to subway - easy to go around the area. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Kyoto:-) Will also try other Minn locations.

Amazing place to stay for our visit to Kyoto. Had everything I could ask for and more as far as amenities. Might be a little bit of a walk to the train station, so may not be for everyone, but I think that's to be expected in Kyoto generally (also there is a bus stop closer by). Would stay again here easily.

Accommodation close to Bus Stop and Metro Station, Family Mart, 7eleven and Lawsons. There are also other restaurants and a Kimono rental shop next to it. Approx. 15mins walk to Kiyomizu Temple and other tourist attractions.
