Great location right across from Kyoto Station and next to the Kyoto Tower. Wonderful staff who were slways so helpful. Local transit at your fingertips and a great selection of restaurants in the basement levels of both the train ststion and the tower. Family Mart convenience store right across the street.

This was a nice older hotel without a wheelchair accessible room so my daughter had to use the wheelchair accessible bathroom on the 4th floor. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were great. They are helpful to help our stay comfortable. They assisted with Yamato forwarding luggage services which were a huge relief for us. Concierge was looking hard to help us not have to switch rooms for our stay. I wasn't able to do that with Expedia's booking. The location is very convenience. Across Kyoto station, just cross the street and all the city bus stop there. This hotel does not have a laundry room.
