Dear Scarlett, Thank you for your staying with us and for your review. Please note we have indeed competitive rates as we are indeed in the center of Kiev , so we can not set prices more expensive than other accommodations. Please note if you can not use the shower please ask about this , same about cleaning - at the check-in everything was fine, and after you decided room is too expensive it becomes dirty. Please note we have 24/7 reception here where you can speak any time in English (also you may just call ). Wish you good day and always welcome to Kiev.
