From Kuusamo 38 km to north, Ruka village (West-Ruka 14 km). To lake Kitkajärvi 100 m, 2 boats in shared use for 4 apartments. In year 1988 built semi-detached cottage. Downstairs: Combined kitchen and living room, electric sauna. Two bedrooms: bedroom 1: doublebed, bedroom 2: bunkbed, livingroom: convertible bed for 2. Loft (15 m², low room height): 2 mattresses. In a tranquil area, surrounded with fields. To the lake Kitkajärvi 100 m, to the wintersport centre Ruka 14 km.

Additional equipment: Wireless internet connection possible, please contact to caretaker. Use of grill hut shared with other 2 apartments.

Other distances: Oulanka Nationa Park/Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 17,5 km. Nearest ski track 8 km, Käylä illuminated ski track (lenght 2.5 km).

Additional information: Firewood is included in the price. There is no freezer or freezing box in the cottage. Apatments Tilhi and Varpunen in the same building. Pets for an additional fee.
