It was a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. I really enjoyed the pool and the pretty mall is right across the street. I don’t love the food in Kuta so that was a bit disappointing but it was like that everywhere. I would stay again for the room, the pool, and the staff!

I don’t even know where to start—The Vira Hotel exceeded all my expectations and is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the food was absolutely delicious, and the entire property was spotless. The rooms were beautifully designed and so comfortable, making it hard to leave. Plus, its location is perfect, surrounded by so many great places to explore. This place is lovely. Centrally located, lots of things to walk to (including the beach) The staff is extremely friendly. Would definately come back. Tip -the junior suite actually shares the “private pool” with three other suites, so the pictures are a little misleading. But other than that it’s lovely.

An experience which u should try
The hotel is brilliant and their service are well done. No matter from the room service, or to the swimming pool, they always take care of you. Especially the staff who drive us to the airport, who ask us to check the flight whether had been cancelled due to the volcano ash before he left. It was so sweet and i had never experienced.

Overnight Airport stay
Flew in to DPS for an overnight stay before heading to Lombok. What an amazing experience. From airport pick-up to check-in and buffet breakfast the next morning. The staff are more than willing to assist and super friendly...as you'd expect in Bali! Highly recommended for an airport stay at a great price!

Staff were kind and helpful. Our room was close to the lobby where the breakfast buffet and restaurant was. Room was clean and cool. Across the street is a mall and there were plenty of restaurants and stores if you wanted to buy souvenirs. We used Grab to get to places and booking and getting a ride was pretty easy.

Great location. Opposite Lippo shipping mall and nearby SOGO and Discovery Mall. Several shops and eateries. V near aurport. Breakfast was excellent! Love the pancakes. Highly recommend for anyone who is new to Bali.
