We had a group of 6 couples and all booked exactly the same room type. 1 couple got upgraded (nice) I got a room that was well below the standard of the others, less amenities and the drain in the shower was blocked. Asked staff to look at/fix. Was told it was fixed- it wasn’t. Pool and restaurant was great

People always talk about the staff in hotels so I want to share that ALL the staff at this hotel were expertly trained and were constantly friendly! Best food in the restaurant for the total area around ! Bar service was excellent and the drinks were quickly made and had strong ingredients! Impressed with bar and restaurant staff! Free breakfast was a bonus and the buffet was different every day! Our room was spotless and the surrounding gardens beautiful. Didn’t need to go over the road to the beach for ambience. The hotel manager was a very nice man , on arrival the reception ladies told us about the Independence Day celebrations which I gate crashed ! Wow what a fun group of people(most of the staff) Couldn’t recommend this hotel more! An oasis in a busy location .
