Great hotel resort
Great hotel resort located close to Kuta Beach. Fantastic breakfast, wonderful friendly staff. The pool area was great with a great pool bar. We stayed here at the start and end of our trip in two different rooms. Both rooms were comfortable and clean. Fantastic air conditioning! The hotel is in a great location and we would stay here again.

This is an excellent property. Very large resort property with multiple pools, restaurant and services. Just 2 blocks from the beach, walkable to everything. Beautiful clean room, and very nice staff without exception.

Far too busy this time in high season. Couldn't get near the pool for the first time in 15 yrs and too many selfish guests who hog the pool beds and umbrellas from 6am and often don't use them. The pool and other staff need to manage this better. I stay here cos of the location and for the otherwise excellent staff who treat me like family every time

Great pool. Booked a pool view room but given room opposite restaurant. I was offered a pool view from the next day but this was after we fully unpacked and I questioned the room location. Decided to stay where I was.

Great location friendly staff, we have already booked again The only thing they could change is their massage prices Prices are over double $25, walk out the front door and pay $8-12, so that’s a lot over a 2 week stay, but if they were $15 l would have had one every day just for convenience But fantastic place

Great place, hidden from the chaos of Kuta. Very quiet at night. Comfortable room and fabulous pool. Only small disappointment was the breakfast buffet. We went out several mornings for more variety and healthier options.

Fabulous little hidden gem in downtown Kuta. Staff were fabulous, easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and spas. A great swim up pool bar, gym, kids pool, a wonderful place for couples, families, solos. Something for everyone.
