Resembles a glammed up Holiday Inn. Customer service very good. Bare minimum in the rooms. Variety of breakfast foods very good but all hot foods were cold or lukewarm. Immediately outside the property broken up side walk, polluted. Pedestrian walkway parked with cars. Unsafe to walk anywhere. Eateries close by great risk to contract Bali belly. Recommend use taxi to get around.

Great hotel and very close to the airport
This hotel was more than we expected. It was immaculately clean, and one could smell its cleanliness as you walked in the hotel lobby. The staff were very attentive and took our luggage from our drop off van as soon as we pulled up. The rooms were lovely and very modern. The food was delicious, and the kitchen is open 24/7. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport which only takes 10mins.

This is a great hotel across the street from the airport but the airport shuttle is not always reliable. (Think of the worst traffic you have ever been; things don't work smoothly.) We walked what Google indicated would be 10 minutes to the hotel. But there is a fence around the Bali airport, following the map is complicated, and you have to walk a block on a main road with no sidewalk. I'm not saying don't do it if you have a problem with hotel pick-up, I'm saying be aware of what you are doing, and stop often to ask for directions.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Harris Hotel Kuta Tuban Bali! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and exceptional hospitality from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was nothing short of amazing – spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The breakfast buffet was a standout highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. There were so many fresh, flavorful dishes that showcased the quality and care put into the experience. The location was convenient, and the hotel's amenities and ambiance made it a true oasis. I can't recommend the Harris Hotel enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip to BalI!
