Very surprised by the size of the pool so huge amazing beautiful gardens fantastic staff everyone greet you beautiful smiles and can’t do enough for you even down to the beds being too hard out they came straight away and put two toppers on our beds turning them into nice soft beds

Great location right near shops and beach. Staff are really good. Room was cleaned everyday but did notice it was a bit dusty. Shower was nice and pool and swim up bar was great!

Feel a little disappointed with our stay room felt damp and had a musty smell. Every morning the beds and my bag were damp. Hotel very busy get up early if you want a sunlounge. Pool area is beautiful but this would be enough to make me stay again

Surprisingly good! Very good for the price, with Balinese decor and vibes. Love the buffet breakfast options. Always love the kartika plaza location as it’s only 10 minutes from the airport. Close to 2 shopping malls ( Lippo mall and Discovery mall), walking distance (7minutes) from waterbom. Alot or restaurants surrounding, massages place and salon. Big swimming pools by the beach. Will come back next time!

Kids club was terrible and unsafe. They left my 2 kids unattended. My kids followed some other kids to the pool during lunch time. I found my 5 and 6 year old in the pool at 1pm. It was so hot and they got sunburned, they could have drowned.

Returning visit love the amenities for my family back restaurant is great with beach access, walkable to Lippo & Kartika Plaza & Legion and many restaurants, breakfast choice has declined since last visit so didn’t eat it most days although pre-paid for it probably wont return for this reason only but everything else was excellent.
