Bali Dynasty Resort offers 312 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. Love the staff here & the resort itself. It’s wonderful for kids. I’ve stayed several times & will stay again. This trip however we had a dodgy room. Room 394. Aircon was broken & didn’t cool room well. WiFi was choppy, constantly dropping out. Tv channels were minimal due to this. I’ll request a different room next time

Good for kids Very noisy early morning with the kids shouting in th corridor its hard to sleep Staff at the reception not friendly at all No free mineral water in the rooms, they sell it and this is th first hotel I have seen which sells mineral water in the rooms. Better bring your own from outside!!!!

Super resort that very well caters for families and children, with many children’s activities available. Our kids suite room suited us very well and was comfortable and spacious enough. Level of service was impeccable... the attention to detail, reactivity, kindness and generosity of spirit was really remarkable and memorable. Many thanks to the team! Good options for eating and drinking at the resort, including a very good standard buffet breakfast. Only small gripe would be that the WiFi/internet connection was very weak.. but perhaps this shouldn’t be the most important point!

We loved kids club and how it was managed and the kids pool. We liked our room. Lots of mosquitos so more spraying needed and its quite noisy and easy to hear others in rooms and hallways. Great for kids. They had a ball

This is a very busy resort full of kids. If you are traveling with young kids this is the resort for you. Otherwise try to find another place. The food is very average. And the location is not the best place in Kuta and far from the main beach.

Huge disappointment. The little kids pool was filthy, and had grime on all of the tiles. I didn't even want my daughter swimming in it. The bathroom floor had the previous customer's hair on the floor, and the toilet was leaking causing a hazardous puddle of water on the floor. Maintenance is clearly not a priority for this hotel.
