"La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente.
Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico.
La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones.
El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado
Pero en general todo bien,
Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA”
Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso.
Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista
Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos."
