Wooden apartment from 2006, on the middle floor a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, an entrance hall, a separate toilet and a terrace. Upstairs, a hall and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Downstairs is a laundry room, a fireplace room with a sofa bed for 2, a utility room, a sauna (electric stove) and a terrace. Air source heat pump, which also has cooling.
