Great Hotel. Book it !
Amazing breakfast. Feels like a 5 star hotel with very attentive staff. Hotel even have laundry rooms so we could do our laundry after hours. It was an added connivence especially for those with kids. Very close to shopping area.

I have stayed here a few time. This time I tried the spa. Absolutely fantastic! I slept really well after a visit to the spa and sauna. The staff were very nice and helped me get a taxi each day. Since I have been learning some Japanese and trying to speak it they seem more friendly. Except the breakfast guy he’s all business lol

Stayed here a few times. Room is spacious with a shower. No coffee you will have to go to 7/11 and get the all in one coffee cup (sandwiches there are amazing ) Didn’t try the spa not sure how welcome naked old white guys are. The staff seem to be uncertain about having a white guy in their hotel. They are nice but speak softly. All in all you can’t go wrong with this hotel. The covered streets just outside are something to experience.

The room and hotel looks new and facilities are good. The rooms is big to accommodate 4 people. However, we found a big cockroach under the washing basin in the next morning. Then I told the front desk staff and complain about the hygiene problem but he asked me to tell the cleaning department myself as this was not his department to handle this! Finally he agreed to change the same type of room but we need to pack everything that morning and moved all luggages ourselves.
