A bet was too soft. I didn't he allowed to keep my language there before check in. So I used lockers near by station.

Good for a short trip’s stay
Pretty good for a short stay. All new and clean, pretty basic, not a lot of ammenities, but there’s a 7-eleven close by. Comfy beds.

Good stay. The area is great. Right in the center of the shopping area in Kumamoto. Prices are a little high for amenities such as towels or toothbrushes.

歯ブラシ、タオル、バスタオル、館内着、サンダル、鍵付きロッカーは付けてもらいたかった。 後、外での話声が聞こえてきて、ちょっと治安も悪く感じたしうるさい。 いくら検索しても、ここの住所と電話番号が出て来なくて場所が中々わからずに苦労した。 寝室のセキュリティーが緩いのに、女性が同じ空間で宿泊してるのもどうかな？と、感じた。 これなら、値段うん年よりちょっと高めのビジネスホテルとか、寝カフェで宿泊した方が全然マシです。 申し訳ないですが、もう二度と利用することはないです。

附近熱鬧，交通方便
這裡沒有電梯，上下樓拉行李不方便，沒有可以上鎖的置物櫃，有簡易的公共空間，洗衣機跟烘衣機，掛衣架可以晾衣服，有冰箱，房間走道算大，原本註記要下舖，但是依入住順序只剩上舖，隔天有換給我下面的床

行李問題而無法入住的飯店
因為當天行李有些問題要到接近半夜才能入住，可是入住櫃檯只到九點。聯絡方式還要打電話。打了電話又還要等對方聯繫訂房網再給答覆。結果給的答覆是半夜太晚。請直接去找其他飯店入住的答案。有點無言，雖然是自身行李問題，但是卻無法寬容

新しい施設なので設備はキレイで申し分ないです。共用スペースに十分すぎる広さがあるのですが、貴重品・荷物をしまうロッカーがないのが致命的。その広さをロッカースペースにも割いてほしいところ。結果的にベッドエリアで身支度をする人が多く、安眠には少し厳しい。なお、Expediaに記載はないですが、バスアメニティ有料(300円)です。
