The bed was bended “ overuse”! Toilet amenities was poor! Shampoo & Body wash was 1/3 filled ! No soap 😥 sink was unusable / stuck .no hairdryer ??? Tissues left few pcs . no day curtain ! U either closed the curtain & when curtain was drawn it was so exposed!!! Haizzzz

Other than a sort of slow check-in and a less-than-impeccable-but-Not-terrible bathroom cleanliness, the experience in the hotel was fine. The hotel is close to nicer areas but not in a nice area, and being a pedestrian (particularly crossing the street) was kind of a pain but that’s a city problem more than a hotel problem.

Everything was excellent. But I was terribly disappointed with the breakfast. Your hotel is one of the few hotels which charged higher price for breakfast but it was not up to standard. Both days, were served the same menu. And the menu served were quite bored. Hope can pay attention on this aspect.

I was staying there for couple of days. Staff were friendly and approachable from check in to check out. Hotel has the facility to keep the luggage even after check out, no need to warry about carrying it for hours before you catch the flight. Room was neat & clean.
