Good: Good central location near light rail and monorail, and also walkable to many city sights. The Jakel mall next door had a huge supermarket / hypermarket and various food outlets and restaurants. Amazing views of city skyline and forest park (if you were lucky enough to be on the right side of the building and on an upper floor, as I was). Nice pool, also with great view. Good variety and quality in breakfast buffet - I was there for 6 days and didn't get sick of it. Reception and concierge staff were very helpful and polite. Quiet in room despite being on a busy road. overall I thought good value for money. If I ever went back to Kuala Lumpur I would stay there again. Not quite so good: Pool area very crowded at peak afternoon times - lack of seating. The piano music playing in the corridors got pretty monotonous after a few days and could be heard in the room Housekeeping was a bit variable in terms of time of day. I had to ask for spare toilet paper rather than waiting for it to run out.

Really lovely hotel. Perfectly situated for walking most of KL, also near the metro if you prefer not to walk. Within 30 mins on foot, lots of dining options. Super helpful staff, concierge service was fantastic. 24 hour shop on site which is very handy.

Close to 2 train stations most sites only 2 stops away. Convenience store on premises. Pool lovely to cool off but very hot during day. Breakfast good lots of options but busy when tour group is there..staff lovely. Some food was cold even though we were there at opening. Need to keep lids closed or on heat. Overall loved our stay there.

Excellent stay. The room was exceptionally clean. The room is compact but every inch of space is well utilized. Conveniently located 15-20minute walk to Petronas Towers in 1 direction, Merdeka in another and also to Chinatown. Had a beautiful view of Menara Tower and Petronas Towers
