This hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay - wouldn't not recommend purchasing breakfast though as many options better quality and local to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was very disappointing and even though we paid for 3 days breakfast we only went 1 day for breakfast as it was not good. Otherwise the hotel was safe, quiet, clean and in good location.

The staff were extremely unhelpful and very stubborn. Had to ask twice or thrice every day to get the room cleaned up and the reception staff were always unresponsive. Noone picked up the phone whenever we called reception. Poor poor service.

The stay was ok except that we only knew if the swimming pool not available during our stay only when we got into the room and saw the note. Spoke to the front desk for supervisor but didn’t come back to us. It was a holiday so we could have gone to another hotel with a swimming pool.

Overall is good but you need to pay for parking, a flat rate of RM12 above 6 hours. Do not expect this with the price of the room. If not wrong, even housekeeping needs to charge. Their concept is like AirAsia if you know what I mean.
