The staff was excellent from the moment we walked in. Close to the trains MRT/LRT. We took them everywhere we went . Beautiful clean room and the breakfast was spectacular.

Hotel is well appointed in the heart of KL city. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Food was average and repetitive. If you enjoy local food andvariety skip the breakfast buffet and visit a local kopitiam.

Excellent Hotel

Excellent hotel close to the Twin Towers. Great variety of food and staff were excellent and a credit to the management team. Were given a late check-out at no extra cost. On arrival were given an upgrade and the room could not have been better.

It was a very pleasant stay. Easy to walk to Twin tower area and very closed by to MRT station. Room is big and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice too.

After a bit of a misunderstanding at checkin which was more due to my tiredness the rest of the stay was perfect. We were up graded to a huge suite. We chose to find outside but the restaurant looked lovely. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.
