I went to check in at 5pm on Saturday afternoon july 16th. Tired and hoping to get to the room as quick as possible for a shower and rest i was attended to by what is from my experience the rudest front desk reception staff i have ever come across. I handed over my passport to the front desk staff and was then asked to produce my booking confirmation number to check in. explaining to him that i did not have my mobile phone so couldn't get the number he told me i could not check in. I asked him if he could verify my passport name with the booking name, but he also refused to do so while smirking and showing a rude and disrespectful attitude. This is the total opposite of the attitude a front line staff of a hotel should have. Upset at this treatment i asked if i could speak to a manager to discuss this problem. Amazingly he told me the manager could not be reached and a contact number could not be provided, according to him there was no one else in the hotel working except for himself. He was completely unhelpful, did not offer any apology for hia rude and unfriendly behaviour. I had paid and booked my two night stay in this hotel but i refused to stay there after this encounter with a hotel that mans there front desk witb staff of such vile and disrespectful attitude towards a hotel guest. I believe the reception staff name was vishnu. Management of 1 hotel please have a word with this staff. I decided to book 2 nights at lsn hotel next door,very friendly and welcoming staff.

Hotel with Small room
Hotel located at middle of commercial area, difficult to find for parking, only availiable after mid night, a lot of food stall, noise, bathroom smelly, good for backpacker who need a room ti change and sleep.
