Nestled on the first floor, Apartment Koralj °1 spans 55 square meters, offering an ideal retreat for up to four guests. This thoughtfully designed apartment features a cozy living room and two comfortable bedrooms. The living room opens directly onto a spacious balcony, where you can enjoy partial sea views.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the essential kitchenware needed to prepare and enjoy your meals. The sleek, contemporary bathroom boasts a generous glass walk-in shower, ensuring a refreshing and luxurious experience.
For your convenience, fresh towels and bed linens will be provided upon your arrival. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared garden, complete with barbecue facilities, a pool, and a poolside bar, perfect for unwinding in the sunshine.

Pet Policy: Small pets (up to 15 kg) are welcome by prior arrangement at an additional fee of 14 euro per day. Please note that pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the terrace or balcony.

Located in a tranquil part of Krk, this area is perfect for guests seeking a peaceful retreat. Despite its calm ambiance, it’s just a 5-minute walk to stunning beaches.

Koralj beach features small pebbles and a shaded forest area, offering a delightful escape from the sun. Here, you’ll also find a cozy restaurant, an ice cream stand, and options to rent loungers and sunshades.
For families, nearby Dražica Beach offers endless entertainment for children, while adventurers can enjoy outdoor activities like zip lining, kayaking, and pedal boating. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the outdoor gym (Street Workout Zone).
Portopizana features a combination of concrete sunbathing areas and sandy/pebble seabeds, while Koralj is ideal for families with children, offering various amenities for entertainment.

If you prefer not to use your car while staying in our town, you can take advantage of the "Krk City Bus" — a panoramic tourist vehicle with open sides, allowing you to enjoy the refreshing Mediterranean air as you move through the city.

- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation unit
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Guests' use of the swimming pool is at their own risk. Keep the children under constant supervision
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace other customers from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed

- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay

- Washing machine use is available for 10 euros per wash (including detergent).
- Security damage deposit: 100 Eur will be collected in cash, and refunded on departure less any damages or extra charges that may occur.
