Nestled within the picturesque Waterlands Village, our charming cottage offers an idyllic retreat with breathtaking views of the Laguna Marina. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this intimate resort, where comfort meets convenience, creating an unforgettable vacation experience.
Waterlands Village is located on a fantastically picturesque peninsula in the Laguna Marina, consisting of 24 water and garden villas. The resort is located south of Kralendijk, a short distance from public beaches, surfing hotspots, trendy beach clubs and restaurants. The communal, refreshing swimming pool with waterfall is the center of relaxation, giving the residents a feeling of paradise. One of the highlights of the resort is the presence of a pier for when owners or renters of the homes want to moor a boat. Also freely accessible for residents of Waterlands is a so called beach around the lagune with palapas.
With 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms this water Villa provides the perfect setting for a cozy vacation. The open kitchen in the living room is equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and toaster.
The highlight is of course a generous waterfront terrace, offering a serene spot overlooking the Laguna Marina.
